Q: How many days' notice do you need from me for my order?
A: We would like you to place your order at least 5 working days in advance. Late orders are subjected to availability and our prevailing schedule.


Q: Can I make changes after confirmation of my order?
A: Yes, preferably at latest 3 days before the actual event date.


Q: Will there be any additional charges if I need to make a last minute cancellation of my order.
A: 50% of the total ordered amount is chargeable if cancellation is done less than 3 working days before the delivery date.


Q: Will you be able to help with last minute orders?
A: You may call our catering hotline at 8660 3909 to check the slot availability.

Q: I am ordering from Menu A. May I substitute one or two items with entrees from Menu B?
A: Yes. However, please note that additional charges do apply.

Q: Will you be providing plates, cutleries and tables for your packages?
A: For Party Bundles, disposable cutleries, plates, napkins and various condiments are provided. For Catering Orders, it will be a full buffet set up comprising biodegradable plates, cutleries, napkins, various condiments, chaffing dishes with warmers and tables with skirting.

Q: How do I pay? Do you require a down payment ?
A: You may pay by cash on the day of the event itself. All prices quoted are subjected to GST charges.

Q: Can I use a credit card or a debit card for payment?
A: We only accept Cash as payment at this time for all packages. However, should you order Party Bundles for self-collection, we do accept Credit Card/Debit Card payment at selected outlets only.

Q: Do I get a discount for my catering order if I am a VIP Card holder?
A: No, the PastaManiac membership discount is for dine-in only, and does not apply to catering or delivery orders.

Q: Do you do clean up after the event?
A: Typically we will return in 3 hours to collect our equipment, perform basic clean up and take away the garbage. We do not, however, provide cleaning services such as vacuuming and mopping of the floor.


Q: Are takeaway boxes and containers provided?
A: No, we do not provide takeaway boxes and containers for leftover food. For quality and safe consumption, food should not be kept in room temperate for more than 4 hours from the time it is cooked at the caterer’s kitchen to the time it is consumes as advised by NEA.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

a. Catering service is served from Monday to Sunday, 10.30am to 7.30pm.
b. Please place order at least 5 working days in advance. Late order will only be accepted upon availability.
c. Collection of catering set-up will be done 3 hours after delivery of food. Collection time can be extended at $10 per hour.
d. Catering set up includes tables, table cloth, side skirting, chaffing dishes, disposable plates, cutlery and napkins.
e. Customer agrees to notify PastaMania three (3) working days in advance from the event date if customer wishes to cancel the catering order.
f. Customer agrees to compensate PastaMania 50% of the total catering cost should customer cancel the order less than two (2) working days from the event date.
g. Delivery charge is at $30 for all packages per trip.
h. Minimum number of 40 pax is required for catering service of Classic Value Buffet A & B.
i. Arrival of food will be approximately 30 mins before the stated event time, unless due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e traffic jams)
j. PastaMania reserves the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value depending on availability.
k. Only selected menus are available during festive seasons.
l. Additional charges may apply for substitution and/or addition of item upon availability.
m. PastaMania reserves the right to change/amend the T&Cs without further notice.
